• Use at your own risk. Pigbak is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free.
• We can remove anything. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, and remove any content, account, listing, message, or activity, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
• Your content stays yours, but we can use it. You retain ownership of content you submit, but by posting or uploading anything to Pigbak, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from it for any business purpose.
• You are responsible for what you post and do. You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful content, and you are solely responsible for your content, conduct, transactions, and interactions with other users.
• We are not liable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pigbak and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or reputation arising from or related to your use of the site.
• Our total liability is minimal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Pigbak will not exceed the greater of $0.01 or the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
• You agree to cover us if your actions cause problems. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pigbak and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your content, your conduct, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
• We can change anything. We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or change any part of Pigbak, including features, pricing, content, or these terms, at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
• We make the final call. We reserve the right to interpret and enforce these terms in our sole discretion.
